Hi everyone!

Welcome to the Santa’s Elf Club blog! This is where we the elves will update you with what’s going on in our lives and with the latest news from the Arctic Circle. My name is Vanilla Elf, and I can personally tell you that I am very well indeed. Today I’ve had the pleasure of teaching our little elves the secrets of our Time Wheel.

Many of you are probably wondering what on Earth I’m talking about when I mention this strange thing called the Time Wheel? Well, let me explain: here in Santa Claus Office on the Arctic Circle, Santa has a massive time wheel that is also known as a ’Time Adjustment Wheel’. The simplest way to describe this wheel would be to call it a time machine of sorts. The Time Wheel is only used at Christmas when Santa adjusts the speed of the wheel to a lower setting. This allows him to add more hours to Christmas Day without anyone noticing, which in turn helps Santa deliver his gifts around the world in time. Doesn’t it sound like a wonderful device?

Now you can better understand why at Christmas it feels like you have to wait forever for Santa to arrive at your house. Personally, I’ve found that these extra hours appearing on Christmas Day are fantastic because they allow me to consume twice as much of my favourite Christmas foods.

Now I have to get back to the little elves to make sure they don’t accidentally set the Time Wheel on the wrong speed settings. I’m happy that you’ve found our blog and hope you’ll be back for more updates about our lives!
